1.3. Non-Compatibility Refunds: Refunds will not be issued if you choose not to downgrade your Windows version to 21h2 or reinstall it entirely to meet our recommended system requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchasing our products.

2. User Responsibility

2.1. Data Loss: AppleShop is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of using our products or services. We advise you to back up your data regularly and take necessary precautions to prevent data loss.

2.2. In-Game Bans: We do not accept responsibility for any in-game bans or penalties that may be imposed on your account due to the use of our services. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the terms of service of the game you are modifying.

3. Subscription Sharing and Reselling Policy

3.1. Unique Use: When you purchase a subscription, it is intended for your exclusive use. Only one person is allowed to use a subscription.

3.2. Non-Transferable: Subscriptions are non-transferable. If you buy a 30-day subscription and only use it for a week, you cannot transfer your subscription to a friend or give away/sell your account. It is unique to you.

3.3. Consequences of Sharing/Reselling: Anyone caught sharing, reselling, or giving away their subscription will be banned from our services.

3.4. Gifting Subscriptions: You are allowed to purchase a subscription for a friend, but once the subscription is claimed by the recipient, it cannot be transferred.
